Hotel well located, but the room is too small with big difficulty to store a suitcase. No sink soap. Staff not so friendly at the lobby. The breakfast is OK. The personal at breakfast more friendly. I won't come back to this hotel.

Hotel room was small but clean and sufficient, staff were really great. One morning four of us were in the lift and the doors wouldn't open, we had to wait to have it 'reset' in some way. Really isn't the safest feeling lift. For me, the biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. It was not working for at least 50% of my three night stay, and when you are paying the money I paid, I expect at the very least that the basics of Internet should be available.

Amazing location! Across the street from Gare St Lazare which means buses from all over the city come here. Also the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable and clean beds. Super quiet rooms. Great coffee. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator but we just put our water outside of the window and that was fine. If you haven’t been to Paris, it is difficult to know where to book. We got so lucky choosing this place. We will stay here again.

To my opinion was the Price to high for very simple and small rooms and for very simple breakfast. On the other side the service of staff very nice and friendly. Location is excellent and subway next to the hotel.
